The project consists of multiple residential buildings located near shoreline and featuring different landscape elements and outdoor amenity facilities and outdoor amenities. Mustadam has provided Sustainability & Environmental consultancy services for the design & construction of new employee accommodations buildings, located at Coastal Village, Red Sea, KSA. The overall project achieved the attempted Mostadam target of Gold Rating, along with complying with any relevant Saudi Building code sustainability KPIs. Mustadam has supported the client for providing sustainability & environmental consultancy services to achieve MOSTADAM Gold Rating for Design and Construction (D+C) as well as LEED BD+C for total fourty Residential Buildings.
