Majid Al Futtaim, the leading shopping mall, communities, retail and leisure pioneer across the Middle East, Africa and Asia has opened its first shopping mall in Abu Dhabi, My City Centre Masdar in 2019. The project is consists of a shopping center with two-levels of on roof car park and all associated external and infrastructure works. My City Centre Masdar features more than 70 stores across 18,500 sqm of gross leasable area, including a 7,000 sqm Carrefour Hypermarket and a variety of dining options for both residents and professionals within Masdar City and surrounding communities.

Mustadam has supported the client for providing sustainability & environmental management consultancy services to achieve Estidama Pearl Building Rating for design and construction of the project.
