Jotun’s New MEIA Regional Office and Research and Development Laboratory project, located in Dubai Science Park, consists of its new Regional Office and Research & Development (R&D) Laboratory. The Regional Office Building will accommodate corporate users for regional operations in singular offices as well as open plan work areas, with a canteen, recreation areas, prayer rooms, gym, training rooms, meeting rooms, main boardroom, etc. The R&D Laboratory Building facilitated high quality wet, solvent and powder paint testing and research operations located on dedicated floors, as well as two pilot production labs, a loading area and store, painting studio, offices for Laboratory staff and meeting rooms, etc. Mustadam has provided a complete sustainability consultancy services for achieving LEED BD+C Silver Building Rating system for Design and construction of the facilties.
