The project Abu Dhabi Marina Bloom development is an existing island off the shore of Abu Dhabi which is a low rise buildings and comprises of Abu Dhabi Marina Hotel, Residence Building Including retail outlets, Conference/ Banquet Facility, waterfront “main street”  of retail and restaurants. 

The plot area is 418,120 sq-m and the project built-up area is approximately 135,842 sq-m. As a part of Authority approval process, Mustadm has conducted CEMP compliance audits and subsequent reports were submitted to Environment agency of Abu Dhabi (EAD).
