This project involves construction of residential buildings on Plot No. RS-1-C8 and RS-1-C9 by the Shams development on Reem Island in Abu Dhabi. The Shams Residential Development is a private project located on Al Reem Island and is required to fulfill 1 Pearl Estidama Rating for design and construction phases. 

Mustadam has supported the client for providing sustainability & environmental consultancy services to achieve required Estidama Pearl Building (1 Pearl) for Design and Construction (D+C).
